Luna Parc honors Visa and MasterCard, Discover and American Express, or we will accept your check, allowing time for funds to clear before shipping. We will soon be able to take your credit card order over the internet. Until we have our secure server details ironed out, we ask that you print out the following page, fill out the necessary information and fax or mail it to us. This will avoid any concerns around secure browsers and credit card information going over the internet. To print the page, simply click File on the upper left of your browser and then click Print on the drop-down menu. After you print the form, please supply the information we need, add your signature and Fax or mail it to Luna Parc. If you are unable to print the form, or would simply rather talk to someone in person, please phone us at 973-948-2160 and we will be happy to answer your questions and take your order over the phone. In the event that you want to return an item please call 973-948-2160 for authorization. Return
Policy: Merchandise Returns will NOT be accepted without prior
authorization. Items that appear to have been worn or used will not be
accepted. A 10% (ten percent) restocking fee will be applied to the purchase
price of the item(s). Shipping fees are NOT refundable.
